The
hydraulic clamp carrier refers to a device used in the manufacturing process to fix the processing object so that it occupies the correct position for construction or inspection, also called a fixture. Broadly speaking, any device used to quickly, conveniently, and safely mount a workpiece during any process in the process can be referred to as a fixture. Hydraulic clamps usually consist of positioning elements (determining the correct position of the workpiece in the fixture), clamping devices, tool guiding elements (determining the relative position of the tool to the workpiece or guiding the tool direction), indexing device (making the workpiece in one installation) It can complete the processing of several stations, including two types of rotary indexing devices and linear moving indexing devices, connecting components and clips (clamp base).
1. Hydraulic clamp carrier rack operation steps:
(1) Assemble the two parts of the engine 4 liner into the strut according to the "strut welding combination" diagram, and place it on the clamp concrete. The retaining pin and the baffle will position the strut 1 by the screw clamp. The tensioner clamps the strut; at the same time, the two parts of the sequence 4 engine liner are positioned by the bolt, and are clamped by the quick-release screw clamping device;
(2) After the point welding, loosen the quick-retracting screw clamping device, pull out the bolt, and remove it for welding;
(3) The
hydraulic clamp carrier places the weldment on the clamp, the weldment is positioned by the stop pin and the baffle, and the weldment is clamped by the screw clamp; then the weldment of the nut M6 and the horn support assembly is placed. And being clamped by the screw clamping mechanism by the taper pin on the screw clamping mechanism and the open groove on the pressure plate of the screw clamping mechanism;
(4) Three-sided welding of the nut M6 and the horn support assembly and the struts, and then loosening all the screw clamps, the clamping plates of the screw clamping mechanism of the clamping nut M6 and the horn bearing assembly are spring-loaded, The positioning cone pin on the detachment is disengaged from the weldment, and then the pressure plate is pushed out to disengage one end from the screw of the screw clamping mechanism, and the pressure plate is rotated to the side of the weldment, and then the weldment is taken out.
2. Hydraulic fixture maintenance:
(1) Check if the limit size is still in the correct position before use;
(2) If the pin wear is too bad, it can be repaired by grinding; if the baffle, the pin and the positioning cone pin are worn out, it can be reassembled, and the wear part can be used after being staggered;
(3) Anti-rust oil should be applied after the hydraulic clamp frame is used.
